Le Rendez-Vous Horticole est passé pour cette année. Nous avons partagé un espace avec Succurbaine et Flora Exotica au kiosque du Grand Potager - et c'était notre premier grand marché de la saison. C'était merveilleux de vous voir si nombreux à arborer vos sourires malgré le temps maussade.
C'était aussi le premier marché pour nos étudiants de l'Académie, qui apprennent sur le tas comment organiser et promouvoir les événements du marché. Ils étaient là pour aider Hamidou à discuter des besoins en plantes marginales avec les clients et s'assurer que tous les semis étaient bien entretenus. Peut-être avez-vous parlé avec l'un d'entre eux ?
Le week-end prochain, Grand Potager organise sa Marché Estivale et nous serons là avec nos semis, nos semences et nos sourires.

The Rendez-Vous Horticole has come and gone for this year. We shared space with Succurbaine and Flora Exotica at the Grand Potager kiosk - and it was our first big market this season. It was wonderful to see so many of you out there wearing your smiles despite the moody weather.
It was also the first market for our Academy Students, who were learning hands on how to organize and promote market events. They were there helping Hamidou discuss marginal plant needs with customers and making sure all the seedlings were cared for. Maybe you spoke with one of them?
This coming weekend Grand Potager is hosting their Marché Estival and we will be there with our seedlings, seeds, and smiles.
